I ordered from jayli.com and was a little nervous about the sizing, so I kept second guessing myself until it arrived. I went with my usual size, and thankfully it fit way better than I expected, relaxed and comfortable without looking too oversized.

The waistband sat right and the length was actually good on me too, which almost never happens when I shop online. I wore it for a full day and nothing felt tight or awkward, so that was really reassuring. Super happy I didn’t have to return it...

Stuff’s okay for the price, but a few items feel overpriced

I really like the clothes on jayli.com. I was only supposed to be browsing, but I kept making excuses to look at more pieces because the style is exactly the kind of relaxed but still unique vibe I like. The colors and patterns are fun without feeling too loud, which is a big plus for me. The site was easy to get around too, even for someone like me who gets impatient shopping online. I found a few things that actually feel like my style and I’d definitely shop there again

I ran into a small issue with my order from Jayli, so I sent them an email to get it sorted out. It did take a little while to hear back, but it wasn’t a huge deal.
The person who responded was friendly and seemed to actually look into the problem instead of giving me some generic reply. They explained what was going on, fixed it, and kept me updated along the way.

I’m giving 4 stars because the first response could’ve been a bit quicker, but I don’t expect everything to be perfect. Overall, I was happy with how they handled it

I ordered two tops and a pair of pants from jayli, everything in the package matched what I chose online. I kept second-guessing myself for a minute, like maybe I’d forgotten what I ordered, but nope, it was all right.

The colors looked close to the photos, at least to me, and the sizing was correct too. One tag was a little bent and the packaging wasn’t anything special, but nothing was missing or swapped out.
I’m giving 4 stars because the shipping updates were kind of slow, and I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a bit. But as far as getting the actual items I ordered, I really didn’t have any issue

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but the return was really simple. Once you send it back, the new size shows up quickly, so it was a smooth experience overall...

I grabbed a hoodie from jayli.com and honestly... it turned out better than I expected. The fabric is nice and thick but still soft, and the stitching seems solid too. I’ve washed it a couple times already and it hasn’t shrunk or gotten weird. The colors still look good as well. Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely buy again

It was just simple and smooth from start to finish, which I really appreciate.

I’m usually the one who ends up with clothes that look nice but feel awful after an hour, so I wasn’t expecting much. But this fabric is super soft and easy to wear all day. I’ve washed it twice already, and thankfully it’s still just as comfy.
